Dr. Phillip Olla
BA, PhD, CEng, CITP, FBCS
Dr. Phillip Olla is a pioneering academic, technology leader, and entrepreneur at the intersection of education, healthcare, and innovation. He has filed three patents in AI-driven education, breathomics, and neurological monitoring, and authored more than 70 scientific publications, including seven books and numerous refereed journal articles.
His scholarship is supported by six IRB-approved research projects and over $1 million in competitive funding. He has a proven track record in successful delivery of projects with budgets ranging from $5K to $5 million. A globally recognized speaker, he has delivered influential talks at the UN, OECD, and International Astronautical Federation.
